::We don't know who user:Apj-us-nyc really is, and if that e-mails is authentic. And even if it were, it has nothing to do with wikipedia and this arb request. The diff that you just provided only removed someone's IRL name, which I think is reasonable. --rogerd 20:53, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

There's a lengthy ARTICLE about Dino the 'Legal Eagle' on AmericanPoliticsJournal, and boy-oh-boy does that wordsmith wield a sharp quill! "Cro-Magnon Mail! Wikipedia Sockpuppet Theatre" "A "crack" legal genius claiming to represent Free Republic sends us a threatening e-mail. We respond. You get to laugh!" OUCH! So many well-meaning Admins and just plain folks advised Dino to curtail the legal threats, intimidation and posturing, so what does he do? Threatens an online publication known for its irascibility when push comes to shove!! Not so smart! Methinks he should have kept his threats within the safe confines of Wikipedia where policies like AGF, NPA and CIVIL etc help protect our tender hides. His must be smarting! On the plus side, DeanHinnen might be notable enough to rate his own article on Wiki now! - FaAfA (yap) 00:38, 3 March 2007 (UTC)

Responses to "Statement by an uninvolved observer"

 • Yet another anonymous IP proxy in support of the Hinnen Family's hosiery drawer. So you drove to Milwaukee to write this? Big deal. Now we know what you did on your "Wikibreak". IP Cafes are still anonymous proxies. --BenBurch 16:06, 22 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
 • Uninvolved observer? Yes, sure. And pigs fly too... ≈ jossi ≈ (talk) 02:44, 24 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
 • Is this comedy night? Free Republic has never won any libel suit that I'm aware of - What are you referring to Herr Socke? - FaAfA 05:19, 24 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
My guess is that he's referring to the City of Fresno case, which got a lot less publicity than the LA Times case, but resulted in six times as much money changing hands. You have repeatedly described that as a crushing victory for the LA Times, sir. Dino 21:50, 24 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
 • Thanks, Bryan, for your input. Guy (Help!) 14:52, 24 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Clerk Note: This type of colloquy, wherever it might be located, is not going to help the arbitrators decide the case, which is the reason we have these pages. Everyone is strongly urged to desist. In fact, there is no need to be editing the evidence page any more unless there is new evidence to be presented. Newyorkbrad 15:46, 24 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the reminder.... We got a bit carried away. ≈ jossi ≈ (talk) 15:56, 24 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
