    The interwiki MetaProject on open proxies seeks to enforce the prohibition against editing from open proxies by identifying, verifying, and indefinitely blocking open proxies. To prevent abuse or vandalism, only proxy checks by verified users will be accepted. All users are welcome to discuss on the talk page, report possible proxies, or request that a blocked IP be rescanned.

    Please report IP addresses you suspect are open proxies below. A project member will scan or attempt to connect to the proxy, and if confirmed will indefinitely block the address. IPs blocked on Wikipedia but not on other wikis should be moved to the MetaProject. Please use this format:

I live in a country which filters and restricts access to the internet. 65.98.90.51 is my private server, accessible only to me, and an important part of my efforts to access the public internet. I have been using this IP for years now, and while I obviously do run software which allows me to access the internet through 65.98.90.51, access controls have not yet failed as far as I know (try using a public proxy checker such as http://nospam-pl.net/op.php ). fyi 65.98.90.51 resolves to pat.ubgm.com, and pat.ubgm.com resolves to 65.98.90.51 - you may contact me by sending an email to info (at) ubgm (dot) com
    This looks like a range block when I looked at it earlier, and since the block notice is by Kelly Martin I'd suggest checking with her before unblocking. Syrthiss 17:57, 15 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
