Wikipedia also has experience using files, and usually uploads them from Wikimedia Commons and adds them to Wikipedia. Editing files in Wikipedia is not good, but for now, I think this permission has limited meaning in Wikipedia, so I ask for permission.

To be precise, I want to use it when moving files from Wikimedia Commons.

I'm not trying to move from Commons to Wikipedia. I just want to use it to move files from Wikimedia Commons. In common, when moving a file, it is not immediately moved and a move request tag is created.  Not done Sorry, but this permission is only granted to editors with extensive experience in working with files and the renaming process, as detailed at Wikipedia:File mover.
