 Not done for lack of experience. While there are no firm requirements to be granted this user right, WP:FMV restricts this flag to those who are "well-versed in Wikipedia's image and media policies [...], have experience with images, and how the rename process works". You have some edits in the file namespace and some moves, but I'm afraid they are not enough.
