Hello!

I would like to request for the permanent Event Coordinator rights to enable me create accounts for prospective participants in our community outreach programmes. In our recent [https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Event:Wiki_for_Minority_2023_in_Gombe_Wikimedia_Community here], [https://outreachdashboard.wmflabs.org/courses/Wikimedia_Gombe_Network/Wikidata_11th_Anniversary_in_Wikimedia_Gombe_community/students/overview here], and [https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wiki_SDGs_Campus_Tour_2.0,_Northern_Nigeria here] Wikimedia awareness activities most participants couldn't create their account due to IP Block. As a community leader, I and team constantly engages in awareness drive to recruit new volunteer editors throughout the Calendar year. Hence, having this right will go along way in solving the account creation challenges by newbies and daily limitation. Regards! :As far as I'm aware, this isn't granted preemptively, but rather after you've planned an event and have dates set. Given that nobody else has commented on this in ~10 days, I think it's fair to say granting this permanently is somewhat controversial.
