User:Minimac's Clone

I would like to use this alternative account for rollbacking other users bad edits using Twinkle, while my main account is for mainspace editing. - Minimac94 (talk) 16:21, 3 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Done both confirmed and rollbacker. –xenotalk 16:36, 3 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Not done - you are already autoconfirmed (and can !vote on Everyking's RfA anyway). Take care, Arbitrarily0 (talk) 11:21, 25 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User:duvid91

(I wanted to add a picture to the Tu Bishvat seder article. I've done edits on Judaism articles for years but never tried to upload a picture before. I'm excited about having an account and getting to be more involved!) - Duvid91 (talk) 19:01, 24 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User:jkim4007

(I would like to add a picture to the article Demi Lovato. The picture is so ugly and multiple users were begging somebody to replace it. I found a really good one but since the article is semi protected and I couldnt replace the picture. And the picture is not attractive at all.") - Jkim4007 (talk) 05:33, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I would love to be able to actively contribute by editing pages that will benefit the Wikipedia community in a substantive way, and I look forward to having this opportunity.

Question: What type of images do you intend to upload? Are they released under free licenses or are they copyrighted/non-free content? -FASTILY (TALK) 20:38, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
(The specific picture of Demi Lovato I intend to upload is free. I am not sure about others.)
Sorry, but could you please explain what you mean by "others" first? -FASTILY (TALK) 01:07, 4 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User:Enderthe

I would like to upload a logo photograph for USPA. I'm an employee, so there's no conflict. I'll most likely be editing the whole page, but they've asked me to do this first.
Well the fact that you are an employee might mean there is a conflict of interests, please do review WP:COI before editing the article. (But feel free to go ahead and upload the logo -  Done) –xenotalk 15:06, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

(Optional Statement) - Foolishfish (talk) 01:23, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Was looking at the picture in the Modesto California article, and was underwhelmed. It's not an attractive picture in the slightest. I tabbed over to the talk page, and someone suggested a picture of the Modesto Arch with the city motto on it, so I went a took a picture of the arch. When I tried to upload it I ran into the autoconfirmed thing May I be confirmed so that I may upload my picture?

User:ThisNameIsNotProfane

Would like to be able to upload images and move pages related to bands Joy Electric and Dance House Children.
If the images you are upload will be licensed via cc-by-sa, you should upload them at commons:commons:Upload. Where do you want to move the pages? –xenotalk 18:13, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
The Joy Electric page is marked as excessive with intricate detail. I was hoping to clean the page up by redirecting the discography section to a new page as well as fix a loop problem with Rainbow Rider on the Dance House Children page among other various "clean-ups". ThisNameIsNotProfane (talk) 18:16, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
None of this requires the confirmed userright. I don't mind granting it to you, but I don't think you need it. Feel free to reply if you hit a snag. –xenotalk 18:20, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Sounds good to me. By the way, how long does it take to be AutoConfirmed and is Album Artwork in the public domain? ThisNameIsNotProfane (talk) 18:22, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
No, it'll be claimed under fair use, so you'll need to upload it here. Autoconfirmed takes 10 edits and 4 days. You've got the 4 days covered, so just do the edits to the articles before you do the artwork. Again, report back if you run into a problem and I'll flip the confirmed on. –xenotalk 18:24, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Alrighty. Thanks for being helpful! ThisNameIsNotProfane (talk) 18:25, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
And  Not done. Per above. -FASTILY (TALK) 04:32, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User:trentdk

I want to add a source and upload a picture to an article that is semi-protected. Trentdk (talk) 03:23, 11 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Question: Which article do you intend to edit and what sort of file do you wish to upload? -FASTILY (TALK) 23:29, 11 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
The cats article. I have an image that would complement the paragraph describing the range of surface temperatures with which a cat is comfortable. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Trentdk (talk • contribs) 22:47, 13 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Not done - with your last edit to this page it appears that you should now be autoconfirmed. Cheers, Arbitrarily0 (talk) 22:56, 13 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User:Nascarfans

(I would like to be confirmed to help make Wikipedia an even better place.) - Nascarfans (talk) 03:05, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Not done with more than 10 edits and 4 days editing you should be autoconfirmed already.--Jac16888Talk 03:19, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User:ethalehow

Hello, I am requesting this permission in order to edit the page on Ernest Hemingway. Specifically in the segment "Idaho and suicide". In this section the previous editor speaks of Hemingway's mental disturbance and paranoia, and then states that he, "suffered real problems too." I would like to edit this to "physical problems", as to not imply that mental illness is a "fake" problem. Ethalehow (talk) 08:41, 25 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I would like to edit Roger Federer's page by updating his nicknames. Current nickname redundancies and lack of popular ones - Woody1984 (talk) 10:08, 25 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Question: Can you provide a reference source for the nicknames you would like to change? Regards, Arbitrarily0 (talk) 11:26, 25 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User:Darren Mulligan

I'm new here, and quite confused. I asked an author (A.J. Healy) to e-mail me a picture of him so I could post it on his page (which I created). I tried upload it on his page, but it was deleted in seven days afterwards. I do have permission to use the picture, but what do I have to do? Is this where I'm supposed to get wikipedian permission? - Darren Mulligan (talk) 02:28, 4 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
