@Gweilo60 The previous move you are referring to is stale, and is supported sufficiently by a naming guideline. You did not cite any policy in your moving to Guling, Jiujiang. 'Common sense' does not apply here; we have manuals to regulate naming. I will not move it to Guling, Jiujiang. To go that route please make an WP:RM, where other editors can discuss your proposal.
