Rick, I tried a few hours ago, and again just now, to block User:I'll suck anything but wasn't able to. I get a message saying "Error: could not submit form." I see from the block log that other blocks are working. I haven't tried blocking anyone else today, so I don't know if it is a problem with the username or if I simply can't block today. • I'm using the same procedure I've always used -- quicklink from my user page to Special:Blockip, fill in the blanks, and click "Block this user." Sure, it says block IP, but it works (or at least worked in the past) for usernames as well. Oh, and I don't add "User:" at the beginning -- I happened to see the block log once when someone else did that, and figured out what happened. I'm going to try blocking myself for one minute as a test, to see if I can block at all. It appears I can't block this user, though. If you don't mind... Thank you.
