Blowing past that however, I would recommend that you stop adding indiscriminate tables to dozens of articles. And instead consider using prose. See this edit for an example. Hi,

I noticed you've done a lot of recent edits on a few of the Cork pages. You might want to add references to the edits, instead of just dropping a direct link into the text. You can usually add a link very easily by selecting the "Cite" toolbar in the edit window, clicking on "Templates" and selecting one.

I would also recommend that you don't directly copy and paste from other pages (because it's not necessary, link instead!) or websites (because it's plagiarism). Otherwise, don't be surprised if people revert your edits.

Finally, if you want to do a large edit in more than one go, why not use your sandbox? It's an area of wikipedia (there's a link on the top-right of your screen) that you can use to work on drafts of your edits. Other people won't delete anything you put there, so you can get it right before dropping it in the article. Otherwise, if you leave an edit half-finished, it will be reverted.
