Hey there, I see you're working on Cyclone Freddy. You're adding a lot to the meteorological history, but that's not necessary, since there's already an article specifically for the meteorological history. I hate to ask, but would you mind reverting your recent edits to the met history? All of that said, I really do appreciate you working on Freddy, since that was one of the most important storms of the year last year. I just read through the article, and I was surprised how good of shape it is in. That being said, the most likely thing that's missing is more longterm aftermath, which basically only goes up to March 2023. Have you heard of the website ReliefWeb? You'll be able to find a ton of information there (which, forewarning, is more going to be information overload). It's a little tricky parsing through all of the sources and figuring out what's actually important versus what's a really minor update that's barely even worth mentioning. I hate to presume, but are you trying to get Freddy to good or featured article status? ♫ Hurricanehink (<small>talk</small>) 03:27, 4 March 2024 (UTC)

:Hahahaha, I have no plan to nominate the article. I've 'added the met history to clarify that before he became category 5, it was weak and made landfall, but Freddy is an important system due to its records. <span style="font-family: Georgia; background-color: maroon; padding: 2px 3px 1px 3px;"><span style="color: greenyellow">HurricaneEdgar</span> <span style="color: greenyellow"></span></span> 13:02, 4 March 2024 (UTC)

Jelawat (Kabayan) article

Has someone made an article about Jelawat (Kabayan) yet, since it's going to bring severe impacts to the Philippines? 🎩Incognito Fedora🎩 (talk) 03:28, 17 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Project I'm working on

I'm currently working on a project which you can see here. Could you help me find some of the sources? Flux55 (talk) 15:01, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Undid edit

You undid one of my edits i did on Cyclone Peter previously. It has since been reinstated, but i am confused, because you said the sources didnt say that jasper caused more rainfall, but both say how much rainfall they caused, so if you put them together, and use common sense, you can deduce that jasper had higher rainfall. SquishyWikii (talk) 08:27, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Yes i shouldnt be doing this cause this is clearly not reddit, twitter, or youtube comments, but im just confused. SquishyWikii (talk) 08:28, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Cyclone Djoungou

FYI in their final advisory the JTWC placed Djoungou's final position at 29.8S 92.0E which is inside the Aus Region and stated that it had become a subtropical cyclone. As a result, we have to mention Djoungou in the Aus region even though AFAIK the BoM did not classify it as 08U.Jason Rees (talk) 01:58, 21 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Merges

When proposing merges, could you please use "merge from" instead of "merge" on the pages that are receiving the content? Using "merge" messes up the article alerts page and says there are three articles being merged when it's actually just one. I adjusted the templates on the season pages.
