Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to List of Surinamese Hoofdklasse stadiums may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • south_america/suriname/paramaribo_flora.shtml|publisher=World Stadiums|accessdate=3 August 2011}}</ref>

Disambiguation link notification for July 3

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Kakuro, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page The Telegraph. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Welcome to MILHIST

Fishing

HI! I removed the section, because it seems to be patently out of place and WP:UNDUE, to have a large section on Chinese Americans fishing in the mid nineteenth century, and the social problems caused, in a general overview on the history of fishing. Especially odd, as there is nothing on important stuff like the industrial revolution in fishing. Cheers.86.157.0.104 (talk) 22:50, 15 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I have not vandalised Victor_Ponta page. I have made an undo after vandalism and tried to protect it with {{pp-vandalism}} but it seems it is not working.— Preceding unsigned comment added by C.ciprian (talk • contribs)

@C.ciprian: Adding a protection template does not protect a page from editing. See WP:PROTECT for details. To request page protection from an administrator, see WP:RFPP. --k6ka (talk | contribs) 14:24, 17 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
@Catlemur: Sorry, I didn't know how to protect the page (i didn't understand what has to be done). You can see there are many many edits mocking the prime minister as he is not very well seen.
@C.ciprian: I deleted the warning,as you did not intend to do harm.Cheers.

@Catlemur - Why did you delete my edits for the 'Alexis Sánchez' page? The edit I made was correct. Minor, but correct.

2003 ALC

I deleted the post-game images part of the Game 7 2003 ALCS because it seemed to be a gushing non-objective viewpoint written by a New York fan. "Vivid" really threw me off and watching the actual game, you'll see Bret Boone is most certainly not "tearing up" as the write-up tries to make it seem to draw more flattering imagery. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.83.35.68 (talk) 21:04, 18 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Catlemur, it turns out that there were major issues with copyvios and close paraphrasing, to the point that, once the problematic text was removed, the article was shorter than when you began expanding it. Under the circumstances, the only thing left to do is to close the nomination as unsuccessful. Please take a look at the nomination page if you want to see how you might go forward with a new nomination. Reference titles

It doesn't matter if they are POV or not. Wikipedia procedure is clear on this issue. Original source titles are put in the references, whether we like the titles or not. Its not up to us to change the titles and we are actually not allowed to. Changing the titles can be seen as POV-pushing. I'm not accusing you or anything, just giving you a friendly advice for your future editing. Cheers! EkoGraf (talk) 18:57, 20 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 48 hours for edit warring and violating the three-revert rule, as you did at Syrian Kurdish–Islamist conflict (2013–present). Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.  Ks0stm (T•C•GE) 20:46, 23 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I need to clarify this. You can only make One revert in 24 hours unless you are reverting IPs. Not 3. Please read the top of the talk page or the edit notice that appears when you edit. Dougweller (talk) 20:51, 23 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

As a result of a community decision, broad editing restrictions apply to all pages broadly related to the Syrian Civil War. These sanctions are described at Talk:Syrian Civil War/General sanctions and a brief summary is included below:
Sanctions may only be imposed after the user is notified sanctions are in effect. This message is to so inform you. This message does not necessarily mean that your current editing has been deemed a problem; this is a template message crafted to make it easier to notify any user who has edited the topic of the existence of these sanctions.

This notice is effective only if logged at Talk:Syrian civil war/General sanctions#Log of notifications.

Consider your block to be for violation of the 3RR, since you had not received this notice until now. Ks0stm (T•C•GE) 21:01, 23 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Ks0stm.So you are going to completely ignore the fact that Predator2014 removed an earlier edit warring notice from his talkpage right after getting into "trouble"?At first I felt scapegoated, I do not care anymore though. Catlemur (talk) 21:26, 23 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I deleted old (7 July) notice and not from this article. You can check my Talk page history. I didn`t know that this is 1RR article. Predator2014 (talk • contribs) 20:08, 23 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
1RR not withstanding, if you want to look at this in a base numbers sense, Predator did not violate 3RR but you did; he had three reverts in 24 hours, you had four. Beyond the base numbers I chose to block you because you had been warring over that same edit for the last few days, whereas Predator had not. If you feel I should not have blocked you by all means request an unblock, or, if you would prefer, ask me to ask for other administrators' input on ANI. Ks0stm (T•C•GE) 21:48, 23 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

@Ks0stm I accuse Predator of POV pushing,my input was credible and sourced.Predator removed it multiple times without a proper explanation.I also suspect Predator of being a sockpuppet of one of the following Herdel555,94.121.162.170 and or 107.77.75.63 .I demand a proper explanation why Turkish alleged involvement was removed.Catlemur (talk) 10:20, 24 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
