I would suggest not pushing the issue aggressively. Make some edits to Wikipedia:Categorization and give the change a little time to sink in. Maybe you could add a "Bias categories" section after the "Eponymous categories" section of the guideline. Of course, that's just my opinion so feel free to ignore it.
