Faraya MZAAR Thank you for your technical contribution to this article but, most probably without knowing, you are endorsing a version of the article which is different from the usual consensus and original article. It is all about "territorial" conflict regarding two different villages claiming "sovereignty" on the resort and "paternity" of it's development. The use of words such as "minorities" and other similar nonsense should have alerted you. It looks stupid but this Lebanon, where they know a lot about "civil wars".

I guess not. Mainly I was hoping you might choose to fix up Draft:Bud Otis and move it to Harold F. Otis or Bud Otis, but no problem if not, i would submit it to articles for creation sometime.

And FYI, since I drafted that by modifying from a copy of Jessica Fitzwater, i noticed miniscule suggestions maybe:

• when naming a reference to be able to re-use it, you don't need to use quotes if it is a single word. E.g. ref name=fnpprofile and ref name=fnpprofile/ rather than ref name="fnpprofile"/ saves a few electrons.
• using {{cite news}}, the newspaper would be the "publisher=", is the usage I see. A "work=" might be part of describing an item as something unusual, different than a newspaper article, but i am not sure what. Maybe the work= field is more useful with {{cite book}}. (never mind, i was wrong per {{cite news}})
• and Frederick News-Post has an article so can be wikilinked (and is hyphenated)
• date of the newspaper article is more important than the accessdate,

So i'd revise from Jessica^[1]

to Fitzwater^[2]

(Oops, I have accessed the FNP too many times so it won't let me see the article and get the correct author and publication date here, so I just put in the ones that were correct for Bud Otis's profile, instead).

Oh, and please do edit freely whatever i put into the Delauter article or anywhere related. This is really not my interest area by the way. Hi, I just wanted to let you know I've been in contact with User:Artmaven77 and other folks at the Hirshhorn museum about the recent policy violations that happened on Melissa Chiu's article. First of all, thank you for your work defending the Wiki from undisclosed COI, self-promotion, and sockpuppetry. I really wish that her husband hadn't decided to take matters into his own hands, but it is too late now I suppose. He is far from the first to get tripped up in this fashion. Anyway, I'm talking with other Smithsonian and Hirshhorn staff to try and increase their awareness of about how to edit ethically and avoid COI. Hi, I do mostly agree with your opinions that the Jack Evans page is poorly organized and contains some random, piecemeal information. As I mentioned, I am trying to improve the pages for dc government officials and information generally. Some of those pages are in need some serious attention and it seems like you have the interest and research knowledge of local sources to provide excellent content. Phil Mendelson is my first, major endeavor, as he is Chairman of the Council and his page contains very little information, but [Yvette Alexander]'s page also lacks rich detail.Anonymouse202 (talk) 20:40, 18 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
