Yes, the section definitely needs some reliable sources. But reliable sources that support Brazil as a potential superpower are thin on the ground. I haven't been able to find any. Brazil is in a very different category than true potential superpowers like China, India and even the European Union. There are lots of academic sources supporting those. At Talk:People's Liberation Army Navy Surface Force, you mention that an IP editor was blocked yesterday for edit warring. Can you point me to the account/IP that was blocked yesterday? Hes was editing as User talk:61.220.97.93 (Contributions/64.129.10.92) when he got blocked yesterday for his behavior. The IP is using proxies and his IP is jumping from country to country, over the last three days he has been harassing and stalking any article where I have recently made contributions and being highly disruptive. I have been in discussion with an administrator about the IPs disruptive behavior for the past two days, he can confirm whats been going on. Obvious Wikipedia:DUCK . Unlikely your the wrong IP. You exhibit the exact same behavior as the IP using proxies, such as: specifically targeting articles where I have made contributions and targeting my edits only, using deceptive edit summaries to try and cover up what your doing and the same style of language. Given that this behavior has been going on for the past three days, and you are exhibiting the exact same behavior - I find it highly unlikely you are not the same person.
