Kinda doubting about it. There might be some who says, but it will need reliable sources, and section may need to be re-written. [[User:OccultZone|OccultZone]] ([[User talk:OccultZone|talk]]) 22:34, 28 January 2014 (UTC)
:Yes, the section definitely needs some reliable sources. But reliable sources that support Brazil as a potential superpower are thin on the ground. I haven't been able to find any. Brazil is in a very different category than true potential superpowers like China, India and even the European Union. There are lots of academic sources supporting those. At [[Talk:People's Liberation Army Navy Surface Force]], you mention that an IP editor was blocked yesterday for edit warring. Can you point me to the account/IP that was blocked yesterday? It wasn't obvious in that page's diffs; however, if the user is IP hopping to evade the block, that's an issue that needs addressed. —'''[[User:C.Fred|C.Fred]]''' ([[User_talk:C.Fred|talk]]) 21:17, 10 February 2014 (UTC)

:Hes was editing as [[User talk:61.220.97.93]] ([[Special:Contributions/64.129.10.92|Contributions/64.129.10.92]]) when he got blocked yesterday for his behavior. The IP is using proxies and his IP is jumping from country to country, over the last three days he has been harassing and stalking any article where I have recently made contributions and being highly disruptive. I have been in discussion with an administrator about the IPs disruptive behavior for the past two days, he can confirm whats been going on. Heres a link to the discussion ([[User talk:The Bushranger#Suspicious activity]]), its a pretty nasty situation. == Question ==
::I think you have the wrong ip, I am addressing the edits. Since there is no discussion first and putting material on People's Liberation Army Navy Surface Force like no tomorrow, are having editors concerned on this. So I contest those edits I noticed, I placed a discussion and so far there is no response.--[[Special:Contributions/173.239.196.216|173.239.196.216]] ([[User talk:173.239.196.216|talk]]) 21:30, 10 February 2014 (UTC)

Hi, I see you have indicated you are retired, but I was curious to see if you were still monitoring your talk page, or at least checking in from time to time and if so, would you be willing to respond to a question about your previous contributions? (not a criticism, I am looking for assistance).<p>I'm now also wondering if you are aware of of the "[[Template:Retired|<nowiki>{{retired}}</nowiki>]]" template, which places a more recognizable banner on your user pages. This is actually a few questions now, but any response would be appreciated. Cheers - [[User:Thewolfchild|<span style="color: black">wolf</span>]] 10:26, 2 March 2019 (UTC)
:::Obvious [[Wikipedia:DUCK ]]. Unlikely your the wrong IP. You exhibit the exact same behavior as the IP using proxies, such as: specifically targeting articles where I have made contributions and targeting my edits only, using deceptive edit summaries to try and cover up what your doing and the same style of language. Given that this behavior has been going on for the past three days, and you are exhibiting the exact same behavior - I find it highly unlikely you are not the same person. Hi, you are really make that page look pretty but thanks to good meaning you start to begining of ruining whole submarine part of article (and maybe more - I have no time to ceck that now)

Just for your info: In Russian Navy is main designation their Number: K-535 for example for ship named Vladimir Monomakh and it is different from pennant number which where you named 535 for it and some clever guy delete it totally .... Names are very often changing at RN when new ships takes names from units still in service which serves with new name or without it

If you come back in future I will be glad to you if you will editing only pages which is familiar to you - you was spend lot of time to make changes and someone will now spend lot of time to fixing that --[[User:Hornet24|Hornet24]] ([[User talk:Hornet24|talk]]) 22:11, 4 November 2019 (UTC)

You came to the page of a guy that does not edit anymore to tell him not to not edit anymore? All because of an edit he made four years prior? If you think an article is somehow broken, then fix it... and if you already have, then problem solved.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Additional Director General requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
