Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! HagermanBot 01:20, 19 February 2007 (UTC)<!-- HagermanBot Auto-Tilde -->

Regarding your edits to Paul Staines, please do not add claims about living people that may be libellous, especially when the information has been subject to multiple legal threats by the subject of the article. Please refer to WP:BLP for policies on this. Nssdfdsfds 09:39, 15 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, I'm sure you're trying to help in good faith here, but I've removed your comments from the talk page. Unfortunately, other references to that article have been the subject of multiple libel threats and wikipedia policy is to protect itself from any risk of exposing itself to litigation. As Staines claims the Guardian retracted the article, it cannot be considered a reliable or usable source. I've also requested administrator intervention on the administrator's notice board to obtain an admin's opinion. Cheers, DWaterson 11:42, 15 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have left a message for you on Talk:Paul Staines regarding where you saw the 1986 Guardian article about Mr. Staines. I would appreciate your response. Nssdfdsfds 20:59, 16 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
