Request reason:

Caught by a web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 108.34.231.7. Of note, the IP referenced in the error message is not the IP showing on any "What is my ip?" website. Under the suggestion of Daniel Case, I contacted the Telcom and they cannot find a reason why different IP addresses fall under such a range block.
