As far as I can tell, your interwiki bot neither has a global bot flag nor a bot flag or approval on this English Wikipedia yet. If you have not already done so, please STOP it until our Bot Approvals Group approves it (whether for a trial or for normal operation), or it gets a global bot flag, or it will be blocked from editing.
