About

The website acts as a portal where products from a variety of online retailers web can be viewed simultaneously side-by-side.[11][7] This makes it possible for the consumer to have a window shopping experience while not being limited to one retailer or website at a time.[11]

Both businesses and consumers can add merchandise to Sweet Couch.[11] Consumers add products to Sweet Couch via its bookmark plug-in, Shop-Picker.[11][12][7][13][14][5][10] Shop-picker is compatible with Chrome, Safari and Firefox browsers.[11] While browsing the internet, users can add products they find to Sweet Couch via this plug-in.[11][8][15][10] Retailers can add their own products to the site by submitting a catalogue to Sweet Couch.[11] Sweet couch provides this service free of charge so that retailers of all sizes have an equal opportunity on the site.[11]
