Setting the record straight, the real story

This is the record page of an incident and repeated encounters with an individual. the message below is more than sufficient. links, on request. ;) . But, of course, its all there and its all true and can easily be looked up.

Policies Crossmr violated: WP:NPA, WP:Civil, AGF, Malice, not jumping to conclusions etc.

First came across this wannabe admin, Crossmr, when he was trawling the ANI boards. Apparently mere trawling the "Admin" boards wasnt enough, he took it upon himself to act upon Vesther's self-created problem. I guess there must be many such wannabe admins hankering after power, which may be pinpointed to the blocking buttons. So, off he went, and placed a warning of civility on my talk page.

The glaring mistake that he made was that he merely read what Vesther had complained about on ANI and acted on it blindly just because someone had written something on ANI!!! He just read my message, but did not read a single message other than that which was just above it!!! If he would have, he would have found that my message was a mere reply using the same words as Vesther who has problems with WP:OWN and he was clearly the more incivil one. Apparently, crossmr does not read any causative messages at all, he just looks at the message in isolation and makes up his mind. LOL.

So, Vesther did not get a warning of civility, I got one!! When Vesther was clearly the incivil one!!! (Check out Sue Anne's comments, god bless her, lol. the silence is mutual now. lol. hahaha.)

So, I reacted sharply because it was clearly wrong on crossmr's part and provocative.

That tripped the NPA rules. Came to know what WP:NPA was only then! (the stuff before this episode can be dismissed in a second clearly as newbie issues. newbies misinformedly think that WP is a place where people can write what they want, their POV, and others could do the same, and change it ad infinitum. Also, the ensuing warning, and all that crap with some people who were trying to act a little smart with a newbie. so i let them know what i felt about that. lol. anyway all that about the warnings was closed to everyone's satisfaction. only a w/e like crossmr will try to mispresent that old closed past stuff which was clearly newbie stuff. and hey, i thought only admins could give warnings then!!! lol.)

but, anyway after the block, had my say, lol.

so, anyway, giving a warning just by a complaint on ANI without even reading any other message!!! not seeing how the message is just a reply using the same words!!!! not to mention not understanding the issue. Sure shows how w/e Crossmr is. and shows how his wrong judgement can provoke people. He just looks at one side and acts arbitrarily.

Anyway, moved on. Read the rules.

Created a new account, to start afresh.

To show I had nothing to hide, made an archive of the old stuff and also kept an archive in my new account!!!!!

Now this would be enough for anyone to show how I had nothing to hide.

But some ppl like Crossmr want so badly to assume so much bad faith that they get blinded by plain obvious truths. hanlon's razor could have been apt. but there was certainly malice involved.

making that careless and negligent mistake in the case of the warning was bad enough. it gets worse when he is stewing with malice after trawling the accounts of people. no one other than crossmr was trawling my accounts. there were many many people involved, but only crossmr chose to trawl the accounts. lol. why? lol. The real reason is that he was smarting real bad after his glaring mistake was pointed out so clearly. lol. so his malice set in. lol.

so, he was trying to "inform" royboy. lol. check out the malice in his message by his multiple and laughable usage of the word vandal. LOLOL. Any person will see thats its an ad-hominem PA

because of the previous history. lol. He sure must have been smarting about earlier stuff. lol. NPA clearly states that such pa's about old past stuff are clearly unacceptable because obviously people learn about what wiki is and move on. but of course admins too fail to understand this and choose to make up rules instead of following and citing rules. very very specific rules. lol. its understandable though that they dont have time to read up and understand the issue, but they should ask about it!!

By his own logic, Crossmr because he so cares about old past stuff has allowed me to call him an old uncivil incompetent person because he made that mistake with the warning. lol. and he has been indeed been blocked for civility issues before too. LOL.

so i am allowed to always tag him with an old uncivil incompetent person tag ad infinitum! lol.

oh, would he like me to forget it as a misinformed thing and move on? no. no. that would be wrong by crossmr's standards. LOLOL.

if people just kept harping about the past, not giving people a chance to move on, no one would ever be able to move on and everyone would be stuck in the past. apparently the troll crossmr wants that. lol.

And if you are wondering, crossmr and also royboy knew about my newbie and aristotle accounts on july 29 itself!!! why didnt he complain then? LOL. AND I MYSELF HAD MENTIONED THEM OPENLY as my newly opened clean fresh accounts in my messages, which he had CLEARLY READ, but that troll was trying to show as if he FOUND THEM OUT. LOL. Not to mention I had asked sue Anne whether I could close earlier accounts, which crossmr had clearly read. LOLOL. As for the User06201 account, it had an archive which was linked to the IP. The IP archive re-directs to the User06201 account!!! not to mention that the newbielearning account has a clear line on it saying that it is to be merged!!!

and the edit histories could not be more obvious. lol.

In any case, it was not about the accounts, it was about the puny and pathetic ad-hominem PA.

He was just trying to foment trouble, because he was quite upset about his earlier mistake being pointed out. LOL.

LOL. For around two whole days (or w/e) his complaint was lying on ANI without an admin doing so much as paying attention to him, because after even reading up cursorily, the admins must have realized what a troll Crossmr was. When he realized no admin cared or bothered about his falsehood and drama on ANI which was heavily visited by admins in those 48 hours, he ratcheted it up to PAIN. clearly violating all policy. which is of course nothing new to crossmr. LOL. I guess there centrx and whatshername must have fallen for his damsel in distress act. they must have rushed to help the crossmr in distress. what utter bs. LOL. It was clearly just a case of RPA. My note and also warnings of NPA to him were very apt. his claims of harassment are hilarious. and one wonders why he was so flustered. lol.

some strange, weird, suspiciously acting admin centrx closed those accounts without any basis.

(inside joke which centrx knows) even then he was not able to point any violation of policy by those accounts at all!!! but of course, admins dont cite any rules, they just make them as they go along. lol. i wanted them closed anyway. and i was going to go about doing that.

apparently shell's twin sister was using her account at that time, ;) . So, I cant say much about that. lol. (inside joke which shell knows). as for the rest, shell got caught by the drama. lol.

i dont care if some ppl continue to misrepresent, distort the truth ur one-sided delusions and lies and mislead others. they have no integrity left according to me.

the fantastic example of crossmr's malice and his attempt to mislead admins by misrepresenting the facts is that he made a RFCU request.

and this when on july 29, he knew those were my accounts. how? because i myself had openly declared them to everyone. crossmr and even royboycrashfan knew them. as for user06201, it was clearly mine because my ip redirected to it, not to mention the archive. lol. yet he tried to pretend otherwise. lol.

but, later on he tried to explain away his weird dubious attempts by making a false statement again. he claimed i had admitted much later that those were my accounts. even when he already knew that they were my accounts right from the start because I had MYSELF declared them openly as my own. LOL. what a liar crossmr is. lol. hahahahaha.

its an old stupid game of whitewashing the mistakes one side makes and trying to exaggerate the other side's. people if intelligent should be able to understand the 'cause and effect' effect. (crossmr can be trusted to edit my messages honestly to paint a nice picture. lol. hahahaha.) I dont care, because certain ppl have no integrity left according to me. I wont be visiting these pages again, because they are useless to me. i have had my say, and the matter is closed according to me. i wont be reading anything about it. i dont care how many ppl such petty ppl collude with. lol. the pathetic little attempts to collude only make me laugh. lol. are u two best friends getting along fine? LOLOL. btw, for the record, i havent read crossmr's version below. why waste time over lies of a floundering individual. lol. as also the rcp needs to get a grip. LOLOL.

i was always quite right. i stand by everything i said. i only replied to people in their own tone. the only thing is that i should have couched it in words conforming to wp rules. i guess these things take time as other ONLINE INTERNET places dont have so many rules and ppl are not as serious as WP.

I am glad to be taking a break from wiki. Just came back from a nice long break. I wont be editing WP for the forseeable future. And I am glad. I got better things to attend to. Needless to say, if ever I decide to come back, it will be a fresh start and obviously I wont be visiting any of this old stuff again after posting this message. As for the blocks, they are obviously meaningless as anyone can use so many ways to beat them. But, no point in that, unless one has to make their point. lol. And i had clearly mentioned that i was using proxies ONLY and ONLY to send my messages across when i was blocked, as in this case. but crossmr probably sees some sinister conspiracy theory in that too. lol. really weird how that guy even after being explicitly told, somehow manages to assume something else.

I think too many people have become too serious and too obsessed with WP (more with the social and political side instead of building quality and important articles). They should take a long break.

i have nothing against anyone. nor would i ever want to harm or hurt anyone. i merely replied to people in their own tone. of course, words conforming to WP rules have to be used. but that rule should be there for all.

as for ppl getting scared that their chances of becoming admins are affected, thats why they try and lie a lot and whitewash things, lol. hahahahaha. i dont give a damn about that stuff. there should be a simple written test for that and certain minimum qualifications. lol. everyone should be equal and power should be rotated amongst all.

Initial Encounter

• User was first encountered editing as 219.91.203.71 (talk · contribs) on this talk page [1].
• I viewed his behaviour as uncivil and left him a good faith message on his talk page using the civil1-n template [2].
• His next edit was to my talk page where he made several personal attacks and exhibited continued uncivil behaviour [3].
• My response was to clarify what I felt was the uncivil behaviour [4].
• He was then blocked shortly there after for the uncivil behaviour and personal attacks [5].
• During his unblock request he insults Royboy [6] with this "This is ridiculous. I think wiki is going down the drain because of admins like these. WOW. LOL".
• After his block he follows up on Sue Anne (talk · contribs) talk page. With this [7] Where he makes several personal attacks. He also makes a few updates to his message [8].
• Royboy subsequently removes it from her talk page per WP:RPA.
• He then owns the talk from the IP to his current account via archiving and moving [9] which is done through two other accounts he owns.

Initial Follow-up

Sometime later I checked up on this old account. Because of the uniqueness of his long diatribes. I often check up on old problem users I encounter that are out of the ordinary. I discovered through edits that he'd created 3 accounts. In a message I left Royboy as the blocking admin to inform him of this here [10]. Because of his past uncivil behaviour and unusual manner I thought a note should be made of it.

Second encounter

• 10 days after leaving the note the user discoveres it under his new account where he blanks the content [11]
• He then leaves a false warning on my talk page accusing me of personal attacks against him [12].
• I subsequently restored the content to Royboys talk page and his response was to remove it again with a threatening edit summary [13].
• He leaves another false warning threatening to somehow block me [14].
• I restored the content and left him a reminder not to blank content [15].
• His response was to label me malicious and make other accusations against me again on Sue Anne's talk page [16].
• After returning the next day he then calls me a troll in this edit summary and blanks a valid warning [17].
• He continues to make false allegations against me on the WP:PAIN noticeboard and threaten me [18].
• He continues to make vague threats and harrass me [19] and [20].
• User was blocked for 3 hours [21] for personal attacks.
• His return following the block involved this edit [22] for which he was blocked indefinitely [23].
• All deleted content to the talk page has been restored[24]. Should this behaviour recur, I don't feel that it should take 20 minutes to dig through and sort the deletions to get a history of who was involved and what conversations took place. There also seemed to be conflicts occuring with other users outside of this incident around the same time.

Post Block

• User returns to continue his personal attacks [25] under a new IP, which is likely a proxy from Brazil. His edit history and original IP which was in longterm use was from India. IP is blocked for 1 week by Centrx [26].

Multiple Accounts

He has 4 known accounts:

• 219.91.203.71 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · filter log · WHOIS · RDNS · RBLs · http · block user · block log) Ip appears to be static in use for similar article edits since April. Its been blocked for 2 months.
• Aristotle,laughing (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · nuke contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) used solely to move the talk from an IP archive to his current user account archive.
• Newbie,learning (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · nuke contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) which was used to make 2 main space edits and ask about archiving the talk page (and actually archive it initially).
• User06201 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · nuke contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) which appears to be the primary account. Total of 3 edits to main space. The rest are the continuation of his uncivil behaviour.

• At the behest of Shell Kinney (talk · contribs) an WP:RFCU has been filed to ensure all accounts do belong to the same person.
• Centrx (talk · contribs) has blocked the sockpuppets indefinitely and restricted him to a single account. I've requested the RFCU be closed.
