Below is to satisfy @Calliopejen1:'s WP:THREE request from earlier to demonstrate Stephen Hogan met WP:NACTOR if not the overall guideline.

They argue it's about notability and say one can't use argument from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Arguments_to_avoid_in_deletion_discussions#What_about_article_x.3F. But as the latter indicate, "It contains the advice or opinions of one or more Wikipedia contributors. This page is not an encyclopedia article, nor is it one of Wikipedia's policies or guidelines, as it has not been thoroughly vetted by the community. Some essays represent widespread norms; others only represent minority viewpoints." So I guess at the end of the day, it's about participation. If readers don't participate in a democracy, it's a totalitarian regime by few. During this editing process, I have definitely improved my sourcing skills. My goal is to improve it, but if some keep playing double standard, what else can I as a small potato do? They are dictating what millions of people will read? N.b.: Please read Other stuff exists. Wikipedia has many thousands of substandard articles which need deletion. We are not likely to willingly compound the problem by accepting a draft about a talented individual who has not been extensively written about in depth in reliable, published, unconnected, secondary sources. CiphriusKane, Hogan was born in Dublin, Ireland and currently^[when?] lives in London.[2]^{[failed verification]}. As you can see, this part is cited with this which doesn't indicate his birth place either. Everyone statement/claim should be cited with relevant sources than providing irrelevant inline citations. Until the pandemic, however, the Dublin-born actor was unfamiliar with home recording. How is this considered an "irrelevant inline citation"? And the web archive didn't manage to archive the full text, so that's probably why you can't see it. Could you please clarify if you can indeed see the full text? I don't believe it's a citing claim "A" with source "B" situation, if I understand what that means. I was able to access the Newsbank link provided by CiphriusKane now at https://infoweb-newsbank-com.nls.idm.oclc.org/apps/news/document-view?p=UKNB&docref=news/17FEBA80344F47F8&f=basic. Once I input the headline, "Actors make their voices heard" into the searchbox. Only one article came up and it would say exactly the same thing I copied pasted above which is from a world renowned university's digital library and Factiva. It's written by the same author "Pavel Barter." The first three paragraphs that are visible without climbing the paywall is exactly the same. I can't imagine he would write different things in subsequent paragraphs. There is no doubt in my mind Hogan was born in Dublin based on a solid reliable secondary source, unless you are like Donald Trump demanding to see his birth certificate? May I have @Girth Summit: chime in here as well, since s/he/they added this detail and is from Scotland? I am happy to open another 30-day free trial at the Times if push comes to shove, so that we are not relying on these free access provided by other third parties, even though they are not free either in a way. @TheBirdsShedTears, Good morning! May I follow up on those "citations needed" of yours? Another 99% obvious one is "Surprise package: The Heiress Gate Theatre" at Surprise package (irishtimes.com). The only thing that could cause difficulty is searching for "Heiress" keyword itself on the site. But if you use library which contains a scan of the newspaper back then, you can clearly see Heiress in the article title. As for "Possible Worlds", one live URL can be found at Theatre POSSIBLE WORLDS, Tron Theatre, Glasgow | HeraldScotland and Adrian Osmond | POSSIBLE WORLDS (director). As much as I want to add them, it might be considered as spam. The play was covered by The Guardian, The Scotsman, Glasgow Times, but none of their sites contain a live URL anymore. Speaking of paywall! The Manchester Evening News one on Fast Food can be accessed via Factiva. Finally, not sure why Blueprintreview is not a good enough source, when the author has its own wikipedia page. Furthermore, "A Good Day to Die" needs a better source? That's the whole song that prompted this article creation.
