Scott Wilson (born 6 August 2002) is an Irish rugby union player who plays as a prop forward for Ulster.[1]

Early life

From Maghaberry, he was a neighbour of Irish rugby international Stephen Ferris growing up.[2] Wilson was a season-ticket holder at Ulster from the age of eight years-old.[3] He played rugby at Wallace High School, and was part of the team that shared the Ulster Schools' Cup with The Royal School, Armagh after the final was called off due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[4] He studied at Queens University in Belfast.[3] He pllayed for Queen’s in the second tier of the All Ireland League prior to his call-up to the Ulster first team.[5]

He was a Grand Slam winner with Ireland in the Under-20 Six Nations in 2022.[4][3]
