Ray Chan Chi-chuen (born 16 April 1972 in Hong Kong) also known as Slow Beat is a candidate running in the Hong Kong legislative election, 2012, presenter, and chief executive officer of Hong Kong People Reporter.
Background
Chan graduated from Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1994. In early 1990s, he teamed up with Tam Tak-chi hosting a radio show on Commercial Radio Hong Kong known as Fast Slow Beats with help from Winnie Yu. He help founded Power Voters in 2010 and was the deputy spokesman the group, which is now part of People Power. [1] Chan teamed up with Erica Yuen to run for the 2012 legislative election.[2]
