"My Last Chance" is the 76th episode of the American sitcom Scrubs. It originally aired on October 26, 2004.

Plot
J.D. continues to use Elliot's relationship with Dan against her in a game of one-up-manship. Dr. Kelso suspends Dr. Cox because he has yet to complete a mandatory number of hours of community service. To meet this requirement Dr. Cox decides to run two shifts of being an ambulance paramedic back to back. His co-worker is Denise Lemon - an incredibly annoying woman who voices her every thought. Needless to say she irritates Dr. Cox, much to Jordan's delight. J.D. makes out with Molly and wants to sleep with her, but Molly asks him to clear it with Elliot first. The ambulance Dr. Cox is in crashes and Denise is injured. After brutally insulting her incessant talking, he realizes why Denise won't stop talking, her son died. Elliot exacts her revenge on J.D. finally making them 'even'.

Production Details
* This is the first Scrubs episode with Zach Braff as director. In the episode commentary, Braff comments that Bill Lawrence gave him this episode to direct as it was the most challenging in the season, due to the characters going to more external locations rather than just the hospital and more stunts involved than any other episode up to this point in the show's run.
* J.D. says "God bless Mollys everywhere", a reference to Molly Shannon appearing in this episode.
* The girl that J.D. is flirting with in the bar scene is played by Amy Ferguson, who had a small role as Dana in Braff's directorial debut film Garden State.
* Zach Braff has stated in a commentary that during the bar scene he was really on fire until he runs into the bathroom. The man who runs out of the bathroom completely ablaze is his stunt double.
