It's no more likely to cause mild ST than any other (S)SRI in overdose (see Q J Med 2003; 96:635–642 re SRI overdoses and ST). SRIs plus MAOIs are the worrisome and possibly fatal interaction. There is no evidence in any well-cited paper I'm aware of that even HINTS at Serotonin Toxicity in therapeutic doses, but I welcome surprises if anybody has one. undo
