He is the father of Sonny Corinthos and Courtney Matthews. He is the grandfather of their children. He was formerly married to Adela.

• Adela Corinthos-Woods

Adela was the mother of Sonny Corinthos and Ric Lansing. She died at the hands of her husband.

• Trevor Lansing

Trevor is Adela's ex-fiancé and the father Adela's youngest son, Ric Lansing. Trevor & Adela split when Trevor asked her to make a choice between giving up Sonny or keeping Ric. She chose Sonny. Trevor died in February 2009 after falling off the roof of General Hospital.
