The Bangladesh national under-23 cricket team launched in March 2004 forming to play a first-class match against Zimbabwe A at the Fatullah Khan Saheb Osmani Stadium. Zimbabwe A winning by 223 runs.[1] Under-23 cricket is uncommon, the team since playing only a few matches in 2013.[2][3][4]
