Amarone is a restaurant in Rotterdam, Netherlands. It is a fine dining restaurant that is awarded one Michelin star in the period 2008–present.[2][3][4][5]
GaultMillau awarded the restaurant 16 out of 20 points.[6]
Head chef of Amarone is Gert Blom.[7]
In 2007, the restaurant was the highest new entry in the "Lekker Top-100 2008". It reached spot 54. At that moment, Amarone was only fifteen 15 months in business.[8][9] The Michelin star, awarded just 2 weeks later, took them completely by surprise.[10]
