Hello AnwarHossainAS. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. An article you recently created, Banglaralo.com.bd, is not suitable as written to remain published. Per your COI and WP:DRAFTIFY, it has been moved to draft. You are doing a number of things that are not good. Starting pages for your company: see WP:COI. Creating duplicate articles with the same content: using Wikipedia for promotion. Removing posts from the talk page of one of them: disruptive editing. Editing without declaring yourc financial interest: WP:UPE.
