In short, if you could remove that portion unilaterally, I would be able to make a more straightforward appeal. [[User:Mdrnpndr|Mdrnpndr]] ([[User talk:Mdrnpndr#top|talk]]) 19:19, 7 December 2016 (UTC)

:Allow me to clarify my closure. You are correct that a reasonable levels of civility is something that is expected from all users. My closure mentioned this expectation but it was not a special restriction for you, it applies to you and anyone else regardless of the result of any appeal. As for the 1RR, this was a community decision and must be appealed to the community.

Appreciation

I really appreciate everything you do on the DHX related articles. — FilmandTVFan28 (talk) 05:57, 3 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

User:FilmandTVFan28, thank you for the sentiment! I'm curious as to which pages you're referring to, though, since I haven't gone out of my way to edit DHX-related articles in quite a while... Mdrnpndr (talk) 16:14, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I meant Flight Squad and countless other Cookie Jar related pages. — FilmandTVFan28 (talk) 22:16, 6 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, the show pages – I thought you meant actual company-related articles, so I was stumped for a moment there. Mdrnpndr (talk) 22:21, 6 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Question about my editing restrictions

User:HighInBC, I'm considering appealing my editing restrictions. I would like to ask if the civility part requires community consensus to lift as well, or just the WP:1RR, given that (1) there was clearly no consensus to implement the former in the WP:AN discussion – though your admin discretion is obviously unaffected – and (2, possibly more important) I do not see any difference from what is expected of every Wikipedian in terms of civility.

In short, if you could remove that portion unilaterally, I would be able to make a more straightforward appeal. Mdrnpndr (talk) 19:19, 7 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
