- I'm the campus volunteer for this course, and I just found out that I may need to create about 20 accounts tomorrow morning (about 12 hours from now). The students will all be in one lecture hall, so I believe they would hit IP blocks on account creations before all could create accounts. Done for the purposes of the rate limit only, please don't use the "ignore the blacklist" or "ignore spoofing checks" checkboxes. If this is required they should make a request through the request an account process, there will most likely be a waiting time so it would be best for them to choose a new username. Please also ensure that any usernames you create comply with the username policy. Let me know when you're done with the right and I'll remove it.
