I would request these rights to remove vandalism from Wikipedia, currently I am training to join the CVU and if you check my edit history you will notice the majority of reverts are being done towards any vandals who obviously would add something completely unconstructive and some being on pages which require certain revisions to be reviewed in which I have removed any vandalism, I am also very familiar with what is usually meant to be on an Article and what is not on Wikipedia.  Not yet. You've been doing some good work, but you've only been doing it for about a week. Although the bar for this permission is quite low, it does require a good grasp of the main policies (which is best gained by seeing how they're implemented 'on the ground' rather than just reading them), and I think that takes longer than a week.
