I am currently a professional photographer working for a model agency in Pakistan, I'd like to add images to Wiki pages of some famous/professional models. I have a huge base of knowledge for football/soccer players and I would also like to edit/add images alongside with descriptions to a few Wiki pages of some famous soccer players..etc. so anyways, I am requesting to be autoconfirmed so I can freely contribute to Wikipedia. :-) Haktarfone (talk) 18:01, 4 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Already done - You are already autoconfirmed Armbrust The Homunculus 08:47, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
there is a photo of Lizzy Caplan associated with this wikipedia article (about Julia Wertz) if someone could delete the photo asap, it would be much appreciated. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julia_Wertz Cptnscraps (talk) 22:15, 4 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Not done The confirmed permission will not allow you to delete images. Also as the file is on Commons, you should request its deletion there according to commons:Commons:Deletion requests. Armbrust The Homunculus 08:52, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
comment The image currently used in the article is of Julia Wertz (I uploaded it myself and have met the subject). The Lizzy Caplan photo only seems to show up as a thumbnail in the wiki article summary in Google search results. It isn't clear how this can be fixed. jhsounds (talk) 11:30, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I own a small collection of photos that would much appreciate to give to Wikipedia and to help the community. I will grant any right to the photographs with very, very, very minimal limitations. I would love to offer some of my collection. Thank You. FockeWulf FW 190 (talk) 23:30, 4 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) Have you considered uploading the pictures to Wikimedia Commons? If you own all the rights and agree to upload them under a free license, you can upload them there now and then use them here. Jackmcbarn (talk) 23:46, 4 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Not done - Not done as per above. (You can use the same username and password to upload the photos to Commons as you use here.) Armbrust The Homunculus 08:54, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I needed to upload a photo of famous Uyghur scholars, writers, and well known figures to update the display picture on the page for Uyghur people. The current picture displayed on the page is unacceptable for many Uyghur people where it doesn't clearly gives the correct message to the readers. Blackcohn (talk) 02:01, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Question - What is the copyright status of the image(s) or file(s) you wish to use? Armbrust The Homunculus 08:55, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Hello! I am requesting to upload a new photo to the Wikipedia page of Wenwen Han from The Karate Kid 2010 film. It's just a more recent photo of her than the one currently on the article. Here's the 2013 photo of her I'm wanting to upload: http://i.imgbox.com/aczq94Gn.jpg . Hope to hear back from someone soon! Thanks! Fishpineapple (talk) 10:43, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Not done The image is highly likely copyrighted and therefore Wikipedia can't use it. Armbrust The Homunculus 11:17, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I'm a programmer and I would like to upload some hand-made graphs and some other publicly viewable graphs from programming guides to improve some articles on Microsoft and NVIDIA products that I used. These may come in handy with an explanation for first time users. Paulexyn0 (talk) 13:32, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I think simply removing the headers will suffice. Mlpearc (powwow) 19:48, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Reason for requesting confirmed rights Pontoppidan (talk) 14:36, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I would like confirming rights to upload to Wikipedia. I am a freelance journalist taking photos and have an established history of editing on Wikipedia and

Hello. I just got a new job at an ad agency in New York and would like to make some assigned edits/upload photos for a few of our client's wiki pages. I'd really rather not wait four days or have to waste my workday tracking down ten articles that need edits in order to do my job. If this process could be sped up a bit, I'd appreciate that. Antgalasso (talk) 17:00, 6 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) That's a blatant violation of WP:COI. This will almost certainly not be done. Jackmcbarn (talk) 17:14, 6 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Not done This is the English Wikipedia. Even if we did grant you the confirmed right that would not allow you to upload to the Russian Wikipedia. I am a writer and producer on 5 records on Ariana Grande's "Yours Truly' album. I'd like to add the correct (official) information for the songs that I wrote and produced, but the page is semi protected. Epep123 (talk) 01:43, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
(Non-administrator comment) This will likely be declined. See WP:COI. Also, if you have useful content to add, use the {{edit semi-protected}} template on the talk page, and someone else will add it for you. Jackmcbarn (talk) 01:46, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Not done - Hi, and thank you for creating an account to edit Wikipedia. Although I fully understand your desire to dive right in, many of our articles are semi-protected because they are controversial, prone to vandalism, or other reasons. As a new editor with few edits, it might be wise to discuss your edits on the article talkpage in order to gain consensus for your edits, and then use {{Edit semi-protected}} to request the edit be performed. I only recommend this until you're used to the challenges of reliable sources, the biographies of living persons policy, and other similar policies. The good news is that fewer than 5% of Wikipedia articles are protected; this means that 95% of the articles can use your help right now! Armbrust The Homunculus 09:45, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I am looking to update the titles of businesses and attractions that are located in my local area, Southern Oregon, as there don't seem to be many users that edit from that area. As an example, I wrote the page for Three Rivers Medical Center, and need to change the title to Asante Three Rivers Medical Center, as it has had it's name changed, but I am unable to do so, as my account is not confirmed. Thanks for considering the request. Roguerafter (talk) 06:35, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Not done You just need three more edits to become autoconfirmed. Armbrust The Homunculus 09:40, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Not done - These types of images must be free as they are replaceable. Free images should be uploaded to our free image repository, the Commons. You do not need any special permissions to upload there and you can use the same username and password you use here. Armbrust The Homunculus 09:37, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
