Betano is a sports bookmaker with headquarters in Greece. It's a property of the bookmaking group KGIL. This internacional platform is present in various world countries, such as Brasil, Portugal, Germany, Romania, Greece and Cyprus.
The company was created in 2013 and in 2019 started investing in sport sponsorships .[1]It operates in the Brazillian market, sponsoring some of the countries football teams and national competitions.[2]

In november 2022, Betano created partnerships with football teams such as Porto, Sporting, Benfica, Braga and Marítimo in Portugal, Olympiacos, PAOK and Panathinaikos in Greece, Viktoria Plzen in Czech Republic, Universidad de Chile in Chile, Atlético Mineiro and Fluminense in Brasil, among others.[3][4][5][6][7][8][9]
In 2022, Betano was the first bookinghouse to sponsor the football World Cup of 2022.[10][11]
