The bot added September 15, then removed it again on September 16. I assume that's because the September 15 page didn't have a section heading for the lone discussion on that date, and I tried to fix it, but someone more familiar with the bot's operation may want to check whether this behaviour was intended, and whether my fix has indeed resolved the immediate issue. Undeletion requires a procedural error or significant new evidence to open a case to a !vote. What can't "consensus can change" be a reason for undeletion. I have seen some articles nominated over 10 times until they were finally and permanently deleted because "consensus can change".
