Because WP:SINGLEEVENT suggests that we can cover the event rather than the person, which sounds fine to me, but I am not sure how you think the two can be separated. • Keep as it appears that both Justin Jedlica and Rodrigo Alves are notable for the same reasons. Not a single event, but a course of actions with multiple events over time. The absence of an article in the Portuguese Wikipedia is non-dispositive. See, e.g., Rodrigo Alves, o Ken Humano, exibe abdominais 'falsos' na praia and Ken Humano gasta cerca de 150 mil euros numa noite e quase morre afogado. There are articles about him not just in English and Portuguese, but a host of languages including Czech. Rodrigo Alves je po 57 plastikách: Ken šel opět na botox!
