Speedy deletion per WP:G4 was declined on the grounds that he has been called-up to the Latvian national team. This is neither new, his first call-up being in 2010, nor sufficient for notability, since he has yet to actually play a match. As such the underlying notability concerns remain unchanged. • Delete - Fails NFOOTY as has not played or managed senior international football nor played or managed in a fully professional league. • Delete, per above, but do not salt, since whenever he could be played in an international match as long as he keeps getting called up.
