Comment it's not because it wasn't between two professional teams (Auckland City not being professional). He doesn't meet any of the points on WP:NFOOTBALL. Closest I thought is point two but he doesn't quite meet that. NZFC^(talk) 07:53, 20 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

• Keep - this will prob be closed as a delete anyways, but I just wanted to point out that the main reason WP:GNG exists is not to act as a barrier to new articles being created, but rather as an insurer to make sure that all the information in the article is accurate and true.
