- Rename to Bonabes Louis Victurnien, Marquess of Rougé or Bonabes Louis Victurnien - this is the title in the French Wikipedia, fr:Bonabes Victurien de Rougé, which does have references. Under this title, more sources exist (Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL) and he seems to have a significant biography in reliable sources.
