No such player is listed on the website of the Bolton Wanderers F.C. and in fact, Google finds nothing for the search "Aleksander Jovanovic"+football. (Also note that he's not one of the people listed at Aleksandar Jovanović) I'm hesitant to call it a hoax but there's definitely a verifiability issue here. • Delete One of the external links goes to Kvarnby IF. Indeed, it seems like an Aleksander Jovanovic left Kvarnby for Bosnien Hercegovinas SK in 2015. However, this is division fyra, the sixth level in the Swedish league system, with amateur players. Footballers at the professional level are usually very well documented: Where they play, when they went to a specific team, what they've done there.
