Visitors to Saint Lucia must obtain a visa unless they are citizens of one of the visa-exempt countries or citizens who may obtain a visa on arrival.

Holders of passports of the following countries and territories may enter Saint Lucia without a visa for the following period:[1][2][3]

Visitors who require a non immigrant visa to visit Saint Lucia, but who are visiting Saint Lucia via cruises that will dock in Saint Lucia for less than 24 hours, will be exempt from the visa requirements normally in effect for longer stays.[6]
Citizens of OECS countries and France may enter with an ID card in lieu of a passport.
