Please do not reinstate the {{hangon}} tag to this article, as it is not tagged for speedy deletion. Because the hangon tag causes the article to appear in Category:Candidates for speedy deletion, it is only causing additional work for administrators and others reviewing those pages. Please stop this edit war which is going on between you and this other user because in the process our beautiful article is being destroyed.
