Hello, I came across a studio photograph of my grandfather and the actor, Arthur Elton. It was taken in 1913 in Seattle. My grandfather was an usher at a theater and sat for a portrait with Mr. Elton. Because there is little written about Mr. Elton, I wonder if it would be useful to include this photograph and the information inscribed on the back. MondaDR Good day and thank you for the question. First of all, there is no article about Arthur Elton (actor) in English Wikipedia. Secondly, you need to be the copyright holder (the one who took the photo) in order to upload it to Wikipedia and I guess you are not the one who took the photo since it is dated 1913. Thank you.
