Madison Township is one of fourteen townships in Carroll County, Indiana. As of the 2020 census, its population was 436 (slightly up from 433 at 2010[4]) and it contained 180 housing units.

Madison Township was organized in 1837.[5]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 20.87 square miles (54.1 km2), all land.[4]
