Hello, would an admin mind just removing (not revdelling) the blank file revision here? The file revision seems to have gone missing (I replaced it with the thumbnail, see this) and I can't move it to Commons without getting rid of the old revision. Cheers, — MATRIX! @Matrix: The only way to remove without revdelling was to delete the entire page, which I have done. As undeletion does not restore the file itself, you'll have to upload a new version, and then that should be the only version in the page history and should be transferable to Commons.
