The emblazon on the college's website (http://www.selwyn.ac.nz/) provided a reference point, but I believe that according to WP:Copyright on emblems, any copyright is based in their rendering of (non-geometrical) components, rather than the colours or blazon, while this image only uses geometrical components and the torch described below.
