Dansk: I forbindelse med kong Valdemar den Stores og dronning Sophies bryllup i 1157 blev der fremstillet en række små brakteater med billeder af parret. Fire forskellige motivtyper i alt findes disse brakteater fremstillet med. Der er næppe tale om portrætlighed, men det er første gang at en dansk konge og en dansk dronning afbildedes sammen på noget der kunne kaldes for en "erindringsmønt".
