== You appear to be Edit Warring and failing to maintain a Neutral Point of View on the Nazi Gun Control Theory page ==

The Nazi Gun Control Theory page, as it was, seemed to be primarily a page that ridiculed the idea of Nazi Gun Control Theory, and its proponents, without really discussing what the theory is about and how it impacts society. Nazi Gun Control Theory is not simply, "preposterous" "counterfactual history" as you and several other apparently full time censors of this page would clearly like the world to believe. Arms control has been going on for thousands of years, and the tactics, strategies and goals of Nazi gun control policies are remarkably similar to those of many other tyrannical governments in history. That is factual history. The Wikipedia community would appreciate it if you would stop trying to rewrite, censor and conceal well established history. The Nazis controlled guns. The Nazis used guns to take millions of people's lives and freedom and to force them to either kill or enslave people against their will or to die for their insubordination. The Nazis seized guns in the territories they conquered and occupied and they did so as part of their military strategy to dominate their ill-gotten empire. Other nations have done the same thing for essentially the same reason. That is a fact. That fact will be communicated on the Nazi Gun Control Theory page, as will an open and comprehensive discussion of the views of the proponents of this theory. Your attempts to prevent that will be reported to Wikipedia Administrators. You are not allowed to simply remove information that you do not agree with from Wikipedia when that information is pertinent, verifiable, and maintains a neutral point of view by presenting both sides of the argument (rather than only the side of the opponents of the theory that the page is supposed to be discussing). I am allowed to contribute carefully sourced information that presents the views of the proponents of the theory, whether or not I share those views. The propaganda-like activity and censorship that has been ongoing on this page for several weeks, if not far longer, has not gone unnoticed.

Re: Edits to Nazi gun control theory

Hello,

I noticed that you have modified the hatnote (which is fine per Wp:BOLD). Your edit was reverted, and then you re-reverted. All this is fine. It's just that since you are new (at least at this IP), I wanted to point out the reasoning behind the revert of your edit (which was not by me): Talk:Nazi_gun_control_theory#IP_edit_to_hatnote. Please don't feel attacked by the revert. Things are a little contentious on that page at the moment, so you may want to look at the talk page before editing, just to decrease the chance of reverts (although of course you can always edit!). Happy editing! Happy Squirrel(Please let me know how to improve!) 03:35, 19 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Wiki policies

You have chosen a bad spot [1] to learn wiki policies and practices I would urge you to look around gun related articles have been and are battle grounds many of the people who edited them are now banned others will join them. Some of our stuff that may help you:

Be sure to read the Wikipedia:Talk page guidelines I left a note at Talk: Right to keep and bear arms that I excerpt here: Our standard is WP:Verify we are confined to what the source actually says. See also the essay Wikipedia:Verifiability, not truth. When you "follow the evidence" it is WP:OR. From [2]: The "No original research" policy (NOR) is closely related to the Verifiability policy. Among its requirements are: 2 #Sources must support the material clearly and directly: drawing inferences from multiple sources to advance a novel position is prohibited by the NOR policy. (When there is dispute about whether a piece of text is fully supported by a given source, direct quotes and other relevant details from the source should be provided to other editors as a courtesy. Do not violate the source's copyright when doing so.) Also we do not edit war even when we are right. Please look around, open an account, Be bold but not reckless and all ways WP:Assume good faith J8079s (talk) 21:23, 16 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Your edit to my talk

W/respect to this edit, did you mean to link to an actual study? Given the context it seems like you did, but you didn't link to one. Please link to the study on my talk if so. Everymorning (talk) 22:05, 11 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

A beer for you!

I don't know much about all this stuff, but thanks for trying to improve it. Felsic2 (talk) 18:05, 31 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove reliably sourced information

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
