In a flashback to 1985, a pregnant wife interrupts a Halloween party in need of help and is directed to Dr. Mike who dumps the body in a swamp outside the hospital instead while his wife waits for her husband. In 2016, Dean Munsch is now an icon and purchases a hospital which she names C.U.R.E Institute and hires Harvard graduate Dr. Brock Holt and suspiciously cold Dr. Cassidy Cascade as well as Zayday Williams who is now in her first year of medical school. With persuasion from Zayday, Cathy hires the Chanels who have escaped the asylum and are working in the medical industry. Meanwhile, Hester confesses to her crimes and is jailed. The hospital's first patient is Catherine Hobart who is diagnosed with werewolf syndrome with Zayday suggesting a lobotomy however Brock and Chanel suggest changing her diet which causes her to lose her hair. The Chanel's give Catherine a makeover and leave Number 5 in graveyard shift while Chanel goes on a date with Brock and Number 3 goes out with Cassidy. Catherine and Chanel #5 take a bath, but accidently trap themselves in the tubs in the process. Then, a new serial killer known as the "Green Meanie" appears and decapitates Catherine with a machete while a helpless Chanel #5 screams in horror as the new killer turns to her. | |||||||
