| Low_resolution = No. Using a smaller image would make it impossible to see the details, defeating the purpose of having an image in the first place. It's not a scanned image, it's an exact copy of one that's available on the internet and being mid resolution instead of low resolution doesn't facilitate any improper use, as I'm not aware of any way this image could be improperly used. |
